Relationship to purchasing org - and vendor accountgroup missing in SAP Sourcing

Hi Guys

we have upgraded to V9 past month,

we are facing issue where the Purchasing org and the vendor account group is missing,

the supplier were integrated before the upgrade, any new supplier upload is having this problem.

appriciate you help.

Hi Kanchan,

you need to check that the Vendor Account Group is integrated with the relevant Business System (Setup => Master Data => Vendor Account Group).

The Purchasing Organizations also need to be associated with the relevant business system.

Hello,

    Can you check

a) if the Porg's after the upgrade exist & are assigned the correct ERP system and not Sourcing(local)

b) same for vendor account groups..

If they have sourcing local then you have to make sure they get the correct business system. You can do this by following the instructions in http://scn.sap.com/message/14148915#14148915.

If the Porg's and vendor account groups are completely missing, then you need to open an OSS message and have someone help you.
