Hi Pranab,
First make sure GRC is talking to LDAP via tcode LDAP. You should able to login to Server using system id. If you face issues in this step, please contact LDAP admin.
Next step is doing mapping of fields from LADAP to GRC (LDAPMAP t-code).
LDAP admin can provide Port number, Base entry and mapping of LDAP attributes to GRC fields.
Hope this helps.
Thanks

Dear pranab singh,
The issue is probably related to mapping settings. Make sure that the user mapping in AD is correct. You can check the attributes in LDAPMAP t-code. Check whether it has "sn" attribute mapped as it corresponds to LASTNAME in SAP side.
Hope it helps on the resolution.
Best Regards,
Fernando
