User Role Assignment got deleted in MDM

Hi All,

We are facing an issue in our MDM 7.1 System, where all the roles assignment to users got deleted in one of the repositories(we are still investigating on how it happened).

But now no one is able to login to that repository as everyone is facing the issue that no roles assigned to the user.

We tried adding role to user directly at DB level through table M000.A2I_CM_USER_ROLES, but still we are getting the same error.

Could anyone help here, we need atleast one user to connect to Repository.

Hi Aditi,

This scenario looks very strange & might be the priority of hour. I am guessing you would have already tried all possible ways of loading/unloading, re-starting repository and attempting to logon with different Admin/User credentials. Would suggest to raise OSS immediately while you wait for response from different resources.
