Length of field control classification is incorrect (limit 5)

Hi

While processing the customs declaration with License type "C30" and classification number 9A619.b, I am facing the below error

"Length of field control classifciation is incorrect (limit 5).

I checked with abaper, as ECCN are with 5 characters,its found hardcoded in the system.

Q how can we process the customs declaration with such kind of ECCN numbers. Is there any config missing or we need to change the hardcoded value, if we change the harded coded value, will AES filing will be accepted.
