Buffer table not up to date exception - display archived Shopping cart

Hi All,

We are getting exception "Buffer table not up-to-date " while trying to click on 'Details' option under item overview to see shopping cart item details from portal. Kindly help us in resolving the same.

Note: Facing this issue only for those shopping  carts which were archived.

Exception details:

Hi Athreya,

please check your customer developments, especially COMMIT WORK...

We had the same issue because of COMMIT WORK in BBP_DOC_CHANGE_BADI...

Please also check an ABAP call stack in ST22 - where the error comes from...

Thanks for the response.

There is no issue of commit work in specifed BADI.

Just to remind you, we are facing this issue when we click on 'Details' option under item overview in shopping cart display. Not while changing the item details.

Hello Athreya,

Please check this scenarios with other uses SC. Even the message show buffer table not updated .. this error come mostly dude to org structure Attribute setting for User.  Please cross check all attribute.

The problem is, that "Buffer table not up-to-date" is a very generic message, and it is hard to say, what is the reason without access to the system.

Could you please provide call stack for the error.
