OADP CLEAR CACHE

Good Day,

We recently implemented ESS/MSS (Employee & Manager Self-Service | Rapid Deployment).

Problem: 

I have a CEO from a Company with 15 employees PLUS his PA, reporting to him, yet I see about 30+ employees on his organogram under Team View? 

Deleted ALL, except the CEO and the PA and I still see 30+ employees reporting to the CEO.

I have also changed the NWBC_CFG file parameter number 2 and increased the number by 1 and sent this to production, but still no luck.

Possible Solution attempted:

I believe the problem might be with the OADP cache not being refreshed.
Attempted to delete the cache in the hopes that it will rebuild the cache structure with the correct data. However i a unsure as to how i should proceed.

I have tried calling the following function  modules in the hope to clear the cache but this had no effect:

HRWPC_OADP_DELETE_TGTOBJCACHE
HRWPC_OADP_DELETE_SRCHOBJCACHE
HRWPC_OADP_DELETE_NAVOBJCACHE
HRWPC_OADP_DELETE_DATAVWCACHE

Any advice will be appreciated.
