How to customer condation update for more then one customer in one click (vk11)

Dear All,

we have different custoemr with different distributional channel. we have 200 hundred Customers in "Material Related"  but around about 50, 50 in other distributional channel. it is very easy to update "Material related"  but when we update others as one by one, specially for same distributional channel.  i like to know, there is any way to update again same distributional channel with a list of different price list of customer on one click and same as with other distributional channel and other price rate with list of customers. like customer NO. 1000342 to 1003539 or 1000342,1000346, 10003442 and 1000976.

Hi,

If you have knowledge of SECATT, then this standard tool will fulfill your requirement.In SECATT, you can replicate the transaction by recording it,creating variants and then uploading it finally from the legacy system or you can also use BAPI directly in SECATT and follow the same.

I would have to agree with the above.  There are no standard mass update or upload transactions in SAP for this function.  An LSMW or BDC would be your best bet, unless you have other third-party tools with which to work (WinShuttle, Innowera, Quadrate, etc.).  Personally, I only have experience with WinShuttle, but we use it often, and it's great for creating mass uploads and updates.

Hello,

Go to the Condition Table & enter the required Condition Table number.

Go to the Technical view & mark Customer as Footer Field. This will enable you to enter condition records for multiple Customer in single VK11 screen.

Hi,

Create a new condition ZPR0 record from PR00 table 5 by copy table with below fields for Access 10:

Sales Organization/Distribution Channel/ Sold-to Party/Material

Then create a LSMW (Legacy System Migration Workbench) for ZPR0 condition to upload at a time one more data.

Or discuss with ABAP for enhancement to maintain Sold-to Party & Distribution field range selection.

Then you can directly maintain condition by VK11 / VK 12 by active below screen

You can use SECATT. Its very good and esy tool which functional consultant use to such mass update.

Hi,

Use LSMW for it

either you can use BATCH INPUT or RECORDING METHOD

for Batch Input

use the above program and create a LSMW
