Report for Goods movement posted to NEW MATERIAL in an inspection lot

Hi Experts,

Below is our scenario:

To be supplied --> Material X --> 10 EA

Actually supplied --> i) Material X --> 8 EA

                               ii) Material Y --> 2 EA

When such cases occur, we use 'post to New Material' option (in the Inspection Lot Stock tab) while making the usage decision to show the receipt of Material Y.

Now, the issue is, there is no tracking of such transactions in the system.

Material Y is directly posted with 321 movement.

We need to track the quantum of such postings.

Is there a std report available for such goods movements against an inspection lot??

Hi.

You can see in qa33 transaction code for new material quantum against inspection lot.So change your layout setting and add layout 'new material''.

you can see the stock quantity associated with new material.

Dear Niraj,

You can also see the new material quantity through material document number  MB51 t.code or MB5B t.code in 321 mvt type.
