HR triggers

Dear Experts,

We have implemented HR triggers for Termination and only system connected to GRC system is ECC system which is also a SAP HR system. We have installed both plugins ( ERP and NW).

Now we want to connect few more systems to GRC system.

My question is: If a user account exists in multiple SAP systems ( SAP HR system and non-SAP HR system)  and when the user is terminated, will HR triggers functionality delimits the user account in all SAP systems whereever user account exist?

Hello Swathi ,

Since you connected only one ECC/HR system to GRC, I am assuming that you might maintain only corresponding connector in HR Trigger Brf+ rule .

If you want to connect other systems  as well for termination to GRC , you need to maintain respective connectors in HR Trigger Brf+ Rule .

Please refer step 45 in the below HR Trigger config guide
