Funds Management - Reversal of Budget Document

Hi Experts,

I have posted budget of 1.2 crore. Document no. is 1.

Released budget for 10 lacs for April. Document no. is 2.

Released budget for 10 lacs for May. Document no. is 3.

Now reversed document no. 1 for 1.2 cr. It is allowing me to reverse the document no. 1. Why is the system behaving like this as I have released the amount?

After reversing when I am posting the document of 10000 rupees, system is allowing me to post the document. When I have reversed the document no. 1, it means no budget. then why allowing me to post the document?

Please guide.

Hi

First of all system should not allow you to reverse the original budget i.e. 1.2 Crore.
If your system is allowing you tat clearly indicates that there is some wrong config.
