Master Data Management deals with handling large data volume within an organization (Customer, material, products, Employees). MDM Consultant will identify the need for implementating and ways for benefitting from MDM for the organziation. Basic roles involve cleansing, consolidating and hormonizing the master data tat is available within an organization across geographies. If a consultant is vastly experienced he can design the business flow connecting various systems with MDM, ideally performing the job of an Solution Architect. Hope this information helps!
