Server connection not available (click here to close)

I have a PI7.3 java stack system. When I am login into it gives error as "Server connection not available (click here to close)". We have a sap note Note 1247131 - Firefox: Error message "Server connection not available" But it is for ABAP. Could anyone has idea about this?

It happens around whole portal KM, NWA etc.

How are you connecting? Through eclipse plug-in/swing client?

We are using WDA iview inside Portal 7.3

I'm not sure of iviews n portal but are you trying to connect to PI system from portal?

if so what is the URL that you are using and to which page you are trying to connect?
