How to create a custom chip called Drilldown in BCV side panel along with Query Views, Overview, Dashboards, Favourites and, Launchpad?

You want to create a BCV drilldown report?

I just do a simple BCV with a Infoset that it's very easy to do.

To create a custom CHIP you need to make a develop.

Hi Deepak,

To create a new content for side panel in BCV :

1) role : SAP_BCV_ADMIN role. (Configuration Center for BCV)

2) create a new search connector . (select data that will be seen)

3) create a new querry

4) create a new querry view(how to see the data that is displayed in side panel) .

This can be done directly from the Configuration Center or can be created in others applications (eg. Xcelsius) .
5) integrate querry view into overview/dashboard

To create a CHIP(Collaborative Human Interface Part) you need to make a develop : a new webdynpro component. This CHIP can be integrated into to Side Panel.
