How to activate condition table A496

Note : standard condition table is deactivated.so i want to activate it.

I have never activated that table.  If I had to make an educated guess, I would say it is part of the Media Sales and Distibution extension.

I would suspect that once this extension is installed, activation would be under the normal config path (IMG > Sales and Distribution > Basic Functions > Pricing > Pricing control; or possibly SAP Media > Media Sales and Distribution > Media Product Sales and Distribution > Sales > Define SD Pricing or SAP Media > Media Sales and Distribution > Press Distribution > General Settings in SD > Define SD Pricing).  Unfortunately, I don't have access to a system with the Media Sales extension activated, so I cannot verify this.
