Error at Export Preparation unable to determine property description for account sapserviceSID access denied

Hi,

Got the attached error when trying to do export preparation step in EHP 6 ECC 6.0 with SQL server 2008 on windows server 2008. Master password had special character (@), changed the SIDadm and SAPServiceSID password to have just uppercase, lowercase and number. Still error continuous.

I would add the user to all the groups or add admin rights and give it a try.

But, <SAPSID>adm and SAPService<SID> are already added to SAP_SAPSID_globaladmin.

<SAPSID>adm user, when i try using the domain administrator account, it's working. But, not with <SAPSID>adm user.

Until now it is for sure the problem is with the user rights.

I would get hold of a Windows specialist to get the user rights fixed.

You must use administrator account or account with sufficient rights.
