LDAP authentication wuth GRC 10 sp9

Hi All,

I have configured LDAP for GRC 10 SP 9 -

Installed the pre-req notes

implemented the settings like 2052 and 2051

ldap connection is working from ldap tcode

I am able to login successfully to end user page

GRC requestor ID have sufficient authorizations

ALL the services are active and password is set for them. SAP all access currently

Issue-

End user page..any junk ID(which is not in LDAP) and passwords gets logged in.

When I click on my profile from the login page -- it shows empty

When I enter into access requests page and try to select other user and search ID.. error saying that ID is wrong though the ID exisits in LDAP.

Let me know what do you think mught be stopping LDAP to send details to requestor login page.

Hi Rakesh,

Please configiure  the Logical port that you have mapped with the Ldap connector 😉 .

thanks much.

All my LDAP configurations had LDAP connector name including the logical Port. Logical port should have the LDAP server name instead of the logical connector name.

It worked and I am able to pull the records and authenticate LDAP now..

What configuration do you have in place for Maintain Data Source Configuration for User Authentication Source; User Search and User Detail? Do you have more than one connector in this configuration? For the junk Id - do they exist your SAP system?
