First post, not sure if this is the right spot, so please if not can someone direct me where to go if this is wrong.
I have a basic question about SAP.
I want to be able to update the STI (safety task instruction) documents in planned work orders.
This may seem an easy task, but will give you a bit of background first, as do use SAP that much.
I’m an Electrical tradesmen who actually completes the work orders on a daily basis (the actual work).
I have been given the task of reviewing the current job procedures and updating them in SAP.
So basically I don’t know how to do much bar bringing up work orders, documents etc.
Our planners are too busy to help and we do not have much site SAP help, so I thought I would find out myself.
I have located the old documents on completed work orders and can see the new work orders that are put in process. I want to change the actual word document that is in the system for that task for all future work orders as well. Just wondering how to change them?
Access should not be an issue as using the supervisors logon.
Current using SAP Logon 720
Group server Selection – ECCPRD -EPO
Hope someone can help, but I could not find a ‘newbie’ area to even look up.
