Wrong forecast in Production

Dear All,

We have APO 5.0 system where the forecast is created from corrected history key figure.

The actual sales history gets copied to corrected history (by macro) and then system generates forecast based on corrected history at product-location level.

But now, for a product-location combination where no actual sales history and no corrected history is there, we see forecast numbers in the key figure.

This is puzzling since forecast should be zero in absence of corrected history, please share your thoughts regarding this issue and how to stop happening it in future ?

Hello Chan,

Can you please check if the corrected history is zero for entire history horizon or only for few buckets.
