GRAC_ACTION_USAGE_SYNC Job completing in seconds

Hello!

I ran the GRAC_ACTION_USAGE_SYNC job in our GRC AC 10.0 system connected to 1 ECC 6.0 box and it only takes about 25 seconds to complete. We have over 77,000 users in this system so it seems wrong. The job also produces no action detail in our front end reports.

I did some research in the SAP Marketplace and it seems people typically have issues with this job taking too long.

Does anyone know why this job would be so short and how to troubleshoot the issue?

Dear Marla,

I had a similar problem with that job after implementing the correction in OSS note 1775432. In my case the job also finished very quickly and the table GRACACTUSAGE was just half filled (that means some columns were empty or wrongly filled).

Can you please check if your job is updating the table correctly?

Thanks for the reploy.

I looked at the GRACACTUSAGE table and there are only a few rows in the table filled up.

It looks like the job is not updating the table. The entries are from a long time back.

What was the fix for you?

Hi Marla,

I did not really find a solution on that.. I have just removed OSS note 1775432 and then it was working fine again.

Do you have implemented the OSS note?

Have you checked what the STAD is like in your satellite system?
