Team,
After conducting several tests, I've determined the only benefit for DCC (Dynamic Cycle Counting) is to create and count a non-activated cycle count record. Furthermore, you can only clear differences if ALL transfer orders are confirmed for the counted bin. Can someone confirm this process?
In addition, we woud like to discuss with anyone how you are applying this process to your current business operation. Our goal is to count our "pick" locations daily/weekly; however, we have open TO's (Transfer Orders) throughout the day and cannot establish a time when all TO's are confirmed.
Your responses and comments are greatly appreciated.
Best Regards,
John

True. It allows you to count a bin without "locking" it up. Placement/Removal TOs can be created without error against the bin being counted.

Yes. Well, actually your count document will become active once the bin is clear of open transfer orders. The differences can be cleared automatically or manually based on the config settings.
Do your storage types allow mixed storage?
