Temporary authorization to user with SAP GRC AC 10.0

Dear all,

Client wants to manage temporary authorizations assigned to a user when another takes holidays.

Does someone know how client can manage this scenario with SAP GRC AC?

HI Jebeni,

You can use the Fire Fighter functionality for this scenario. You can create a FFID/Roel with all the

required authorization's and then assign the FFID/Role to the FF user.You can set the validity of the

FFID for only that duration for which the other user is on leave.

Dear Japneet,

Thank you so much for your reply but use FFID to make tasks that users should make daily, we think that is not the best practise. There is a job that register all actions done by each FFID. If FFID is worknig during all day can decrease efficiency of the machine.

Hello,

You can Model with user by keeping existing assignment intact as retain.

only changed is validity to date to be delimited to temporary date.

For this you can create a template and use in those scenario.
