Error while create a message using notif_create and stwb_work

I'm trying to create a message using notif_create transaction but it didn’t work. It was opened some option to choose (SMIM – Incident and SLFN – Support Notification). I have to use SLFN because it’s about tests in my actual Project.

After chose SLFN the transaction got back to main menu and didn’t open the option to create a message.

In addition to that, when I tried to create directly by stwb_work, it is the same. An error appears about authorization. I have already checked, and my authorization role is SAP_ALL.

Have you already seen this problem before? What did you do to solve it?

I’ll appreciate if you help me.

Hi Renato,

Make sure you have a valid business partner.

I created the following KBA for another issue but take a look in the resolution section and make sure your BP is configured like shown there. These settings are required for using the support desk integrated with the Test Workbench area.

1756279 - It is not possible to fill SID and Client when creating a test message

If this doesn't help, post here the error you're getting. It'll be easier to identify what is missing.
