File to IDOC

Dear All,

I have configured an File to IDOC scenario.When i check in SXMB_MONI i get the error "Message has error status on outbound side".So i checked in SM58 i can see the following user PIAFUSER and the following message "No authorisation to send IDOCS with message type "HRMD_A".Can anyone let me know what role or authorisation is to be given to PIAFUSER.

check the RFC connection and use chekc whther the service user are locked otr not. PIAFUSER should be locked.

HI,

To post IDoc you woud have the service user login, there are two user types , one is Dialog user, second Service user.

And also check whether your user is having the following role..

You need to have the 'S_RFC' authorization part of the user profile. Also 'SAP_BC_AI_LANDSCAPE_DB_RFC' role needs to be assigned to the user.

Also check with we02 and see the error status..

Hi Amit,

Please ensure that you have used the correct RFC destination which is pointing to your R/3..which is created in XI.

Please check the RFC destinaiton in XI.
