Fire Fighter ID's Manual Sync

HI All,

Is there any procedure for manual sync to Fire Fighter ID's( new ID's) or user ID's like roles. If it is a manual sync then we will configure the ID's immediately.

Every time we need to wait till the USER sync need to finish.

Hi Rajesh

If you have created new SU01 accounts or created new Fireighter Accounts you can go and run the Object Repository Sync for users manually. Run it in delta mode and it will pick up the newly created users and add them to the GRACUSER tables, etc

This issue may be more a procedural issue and you might need to check with your company if you are allowed to execute job outside of scheduled time

You can run the job in foreground; for specific system.

Hi Rajesh

Go to the sync job (there is a transaction or via IMG you can find it under Access Control for sync Jobs). Choose the object repository synch

Delta is incremental mode. Enter the system you need to run for and choose execute

Again, you might need to verify your operational procedures unless you are designing them
