Hello
This is what I can see from you have provided.
BR1304E Checking SAP license failed at location BrLicCheck-103
BR0602E No valid SAP license found - please contact SAP
Also from one of the traces you have provided I could see this:
BR0300I BR_TRACE: SQL code: -942, number of processed rows: 0
BR0644I BR_TRACE: location BrLicCheck-3, SQL statement:
'SELECT TABLE_OWNER FROM DBA_SYNONYMS WHERE OWNER = 'PUBLIC' AND SYNONYM_NAME = 'SAP_SDBAH''
BR0300I BR_TRACE: SQL code: 0, number of processed rows: 1
BR0645I BR_TRACE: location BrLicCheck-4, SQL output:
'SAPR3'
BR1304E Checking SAP license failed at location BrLicCheck-103
BR0602E No valid SAP license found - please contact SAP
The SQL code 942 means table or view does not exist.
This can be fixed by executing sapdba_role.sql and sapconn_role.sql
Also what is the value for dbs_ora_schema paramater ?
Check these notes
Note 586618 - BR602W No valid SAP license found - please contact SAP

Good Luck
