How to set fix password for user

I would like to set fix password , so user don't need to change password when log in.

Pls advise.

Was that your question is in context with dialog user?

If not, Service user can login without changing there initial password.

set login/password_expiration_time parameter to max possible or disable it if this is allowed in your system
