Hello Navakanth,

have you installed the GRCPINW/GRCPIERP components in your target system? That error might occur when the system cannot find the function modules.

Yes I have installed but i have not maintained basic support pack level will that be issue

Can you please check in plugin system if Function module /GRCPI/GRIA_SPM_SYNC is successfully

activated or not.

Hi Navakanth,

As the error suggests there seems to be some issue with the RFC destination. Please make sure that

the RFC connection to the plugin system is working fine? Try to do a remote login and check if it works?

Also, Make sure that the RFC user has all the authorizations.
