Hi,
As explained above..
Plesae check first R3 system is working fine ..
Check the perameters which you configured in SWCV, and selected the option Import Objects form External R3. And the same System details you filled before import.
Check the Capital letters or not as explained above.

SV,
your are getting this problem because you server details are not entered correctly
in SWCV fro import RFC you need to give correct R?3 system Name,SystemID,systemnumber.

Hi,
Two need to check 2 steps:
1) In IR for SWCV, u need to check the import idoc/RFC radio button.
2) User name used (while importing) should have proper authorization to import the idoc data and also check that u have defined the "application server" name correctly.
In case of Idoc's, u need to configure the transaction idx1(used to give port definition) and idx2(used to import the idoc metadata).

Hi,
1. Try with the user id and password in capitals.
2. Make sure there is a network connectivity between XI and your R3 system.
3. Make sure you have the authorizations to import idoc's.
4. Make sure that in your SWCV, you have selected the option, Import of RFC and Idoc's allowed.
