Contract Document Variable & User Defined Object

Hi,

We have created a User Defined Object (UDO). From this UDO we create a Project and finally Master Agreement. In summary Master Agreement is linked to UDO via projects.

The question I have is whether it is possible to create contract variables (which would be referenced in the contract document created within the Master Agreement) which would read fields from the UDO linked to Master Agreement.

In the contract variable definition screen, I don’t see UDO listed as a Source Object. Is it possible to extend this list to include UDO?

Hi Manoj,

I don't believe it's possible to pull in variables from an UDO. The tokens can be created only for the objects listed in the Source Object field on the Variable Definition page.
