Can KB15N be set up with workflow?

Normal SAP has KB15N as a post transaction.  Can it be set up to save as complete and then use workflow to have an approver post the entry?  We are on 6.04

Hello Eric,

No, KB15N generate only controlling documents in secondary cost elements. It is not standard to have approval flow in this kind of documents.

But what are you using for this transaction? ..it is possible if you explain it we can propose another option

I believe we are using it as you stated:  To correct postings to secondary cost elements.  Our accountants typically use FV50 to park their entries and then they workflow to an approver to post.  They would prefer to have these workflow as well.  Because there is not workflow, we have restricted the use of KB15N to just a few staff.
