Error in Delivery - The date 00.00.0000 is not convertible (please correct)

Hello Everyone,

In sales order of MTO we are unable to do the availability check of item 10. This item has 6 quantities of which 4 has already been delivered and 2 are pending for delivery.

The stock of 2 pending quantities are present and can be viewed through MMBE and serial numbers are also assigned to the SO/Item.

Also, we tried to create the delivery document through t code VL01N and the system prompts error message stating : "The date 00.00.0000 is not convertible (please correct)"

Request your kind assistance to resolve this issue as these materials are to be urgently delivered.

Dear all,

The issue has got resolved. We tried to create delivery other day and it got created without any error. Surprised to see it got solved without us doing anything.

First you need to confirm stock in sale order then you can create delivery in VL01N. Are you using serial numbers for this material and this serial number is relevant for stock? Please check dates of allocation of serial number to material and sale order. When you click material availability button, what system returns?

Not sure ,what you have tried in delivery level and which data ,you have given but share here total Error Explanation and Error Message Number .

Note : Check Goods Date in delivery level ,what it had .
