Good afternoon Experts,
We are experiencing the following issue in SRM 07
We have had a cart with lines in error in process but with status approved. I have managed to edit the cart and delete the lines.
Now the cart is in Ordered status value being 0 and the Delete button is available in Application Monitors but it does not allow me to delete.
I have tried BBP_PD_SC_DB_DELETE and BBP_PD_SC_COMMIT have had no joy with it.
Please see the attached.
Your advice is much appreciated.

Let me know what happens when you do following for cart in status " Error in Process":
1. Open the cart.
2. CLick on delete button for all items
3. Click on Read only button.
4. Click on the Yes button on the popup.

Dear Ileana,
You have already deleted items right? Then you can manually change the status of SC. Go to bbp_pd and insert I1040 status and bring I1015 status to inactive.
If workflow is not cancelled. Execute function module SWW_WI_ADMIN_CANCEL in transaction SE37 using workitem id.
