We had a change of client on ECC side and had to refresh data in our existing APO server so as to take master data from the new client.
For that we deleted the exisiting transactions data first and then master data in /SAPAPO/ MATLOC, MATKEY and LOC tables.
MATLOC and LOC tables got deleted successfully ( took lot of time though) but MATKEY we deleted partially and realized that its taking huge time even for few materials. We were advised to stop and start the initial loads from CIF again from the new client.
Now when the CIF jobs run(LOCATIONS, MATERIAL,MRPAREAS,VENDORS) at the activation step RIMODACT the outbound queue (SMQ1) on ECC side gets filled up and blocked with multiple entries.
When checked for the error both from ECC side and APO side in /SAPAPO/CC , the error is for multiple locations (around 1000 entries)
CFLDNT7CLNT501_0004 1 1,116 SYSFAIL 06/14/2013 00:08:36 Location does not exist for external location ,1111 type 1001, and BSG SC
Has anyone faced similar issue. please advise. we checked for all the CIF settings and they all look fine from both APO and ECC sides.
Hello,
Please check the logical system in all integration models, it should be the APO logical system.
Then check the other settings like APO release type, initial transfer, BSG and RFC destination etc.
It is advisable to activate an integration model with just one location & one material, for purpose of checking CIF.
Thanks & regards,
Chan

Hi Ashfaq,
It seems to be issue of BSG (business system group), check if there is any existing data from old client which might be creating issue here.
Other then this also check all business system group related config, you might need to change BSG and logical system connection setting.
