PI 7.1 - window 1 and window 2 always blank in sxmb_moni

hi

i am using PI 7.1 .

When i open sxmb_moni , i am able to see the messages. When I click the message ,window 1 and window 2 is always blank.

can u please let me know how i will be able to see message detail in window 1 and window 2.

Hi,

i suspect this is connected to your internet explorer version. MONI is a transaction with internet explorer as splitter container. You should consider to update your IE version.

I have IE 9.0.15 installed in my PC. IS it correct version for PI 7.1 or need to update it to which version ?

Select option download window 1 and save data on your desktop and see.

may be GUI problem, use latest version and see.never experienced this issue,check with basis tooo.
