Unable to read configuration data (ExchangeProfile/aii.properties)

Hi All,

In my new pi system we are unable to open JAVA STACK .when i executed SXMB_IFR it is showing below error.

and when I executed SXI_CACHE it is showing below errors.

   1. can not determine cache status.

   2.can not determine business systems in sld.

I have checked for exchange profile  using  " 

http://<server>:<port>/exchangeProfile". 

Could you suggest  the solution steps.

Hello Naga,

Firstly have you completed all necessary install steps as follows:

1) Install the system

2) Deploy the latest SP release and patches

3) Run the PI Configuration Wizard (see note 1309239 Configuration Wizard: PI NetWeaver initial setup)

What PI release and SP are you on?

Hi Naga,

Restart your PI system completely then check if still have same issue then you have to check all Exchange profile paramater details correct or not.

Take help from basis to fix this issue.
