MDM connectivity issue

Hi Experts,

We have a scenario which the data flows from MDM to PI to ECC. From last couple of days onwards, we are not receiving messages from MDM and teh communication channels are showing green status. So we have stopped and started the CC in PI. To my surprise the files are picked only for few seconds (not also in minutes) and again it stopped picking. This is happening only for the single MDM communication channel and all other communication channels are working fine. Temporarily we are restarting the CC for every 30 min so the files are picked up on the MDM side. Can yo please suggest us how to make the CC works good.

Hi ,

Create new channel with same configurtaion and use , it should work, even i have experienced similar issues with File adpater very long back .

Restart MDM Adapter service in NWA , this also helps to resolve this issue.

Hi,

As mentioned by raja follow those steps.

if you still face the issue try restarting the server.
