E-mail Inbox empty

Hi,

I am doing some tests on ITSM and have tryed to setup groupware integration, but when I go to "E-mail inbox" in the navigation - it is empty.

Also when I try to click on "Set Up E-mail Transfer" under Groupware Integration nothing happends.

Any ideas?

Found the solution, which was that a service in transaction SICF was missing/deactivated.

SAP/BC/BSP/SAP/CRM_GW_INTEG

After checking the services again and making sure everything was ok - it now works.

I had an issue with email for DTM and no email being generated for notifications to be sent out of SolMan.

The account that you are trying to setup the E-Mail Transfer, does it have a valid email address in tx SU01?

Yes it has a valid address.

Can you send other email/notifications out of SolMan?

Also is step 3.2 for the ITSM were all those steps completed successfully?

Yes that works fine. I'm pretty sure that the issue with opening the link "Set Up E-mail Transfer", because that means no folder will be made in outlook and I guess thats why the email inbox / sync dont work.
