Solution Manager - Error when processing Web service call

Dear Support team,

During the Basic configuration, I'm getting Diagnostics Configuration errors during the Automatic Configuration phase of the Diagnostics configuration. The errors showing up are:

Error when calling SOAP Runtime functions: SRT: Unsupported xstream found: ("HTTP Code 401 : Unauthorized")

Error when processing Web service call

SOAP:1.007 SRT: Unsupported xstream found: ("HTTP Code 401 : Unauthorized")

Please find the attachment for more details.

Pleas help me for solution the above error message and to be complete the basic configuration

Hi Jansi,

As per given note I have go thru the server steps:-

1. Go to SAP Netweaver Application Server Java and click “User Management”.
2. Login with J2EE_ADMIN user.
3. Click “Configuration”.
4. Go to ABAP System tab.
5. Check the client, if it is not ABAP production client click “Modify Configuration” and change it to correct client (in my case client 100).
6. Click “Test Connection” to make sure that right credentials are used.
7. Save all changes.

But when client change from 001 to 100 and test the connection, the result is failed.

Hi,

Try to setting in Transport Setting tab of Configuration of Logical Port  as following :

- Make Local Call: change 'No Call in Local System'  to 'Local Systam Call'.

Try to delete the user SM_INTERN_WS and rerun the user creation step from system preparation .

Then rerun the step automatic configuration .
