Please, guide me, may be anywhere exist a recommendation about the users that are no longer used? Laid off, or no longer needs access to the system.
Hi Albert,
you cannot delete any user from the sap system. If you choose to "delete" a user than it will just get a flag, that indicates, that this user is not used anymore. The user name will be also changed.
After that, the user still can be found in the related database tables.

You can use transaction SU10. Select "Logon Data" button, input required data eg set "No. days since last logon" to 365. Select the users you wish to remove and then select transfer. Delete.
The information about users last login etc can also be accessed via transaction SUIM.
Be careful. As above, it is not recommended to delete users.
