We have a requirement to configure PI alerts that would capture error occured in the sender communication channel.
We are able to do so by configuring the required alert category and alert rule.
The alert email also gets triggered when the sender channel goes in error.
However the alert mail contains the channel id instead of the exact channel name.
Request you to suggest what specific container variable needs to be defined in long text to get the exact channel name in alert email so that the support person can identify the channel name that failed, from the alert email.
