BRF+ Methodology SAP GRC AC 10.0

Dear all,

we are implementing SAP GRC AC 10.0 and we have to configure BRF+ Methodology. Please, does someone tell me where I can find manuals or guides en realtion how to configure BRF+ Methodology step by step?

We would like to know if we can use BRF+ methodolgy to determine which risk owner has to validate an access request depending of values like user company, user id or another information?

Hi Cristina,

The scenario that you have mentioned above can be accomplished by using the BRF+ based agent rule.

In the BRF+ agent rule you can specify the conditions in the decision table and based on those conditions the approver will be determined.

I cannot find any document for the agent rule but i have found this document for the initiator rule which is quite similar to the agent rule.

Hi,

The process is below.

1. we need to crate the application in brf plus which can be used  in generate MSMP rule for process.

2.the above step is if we are not using the stranded defaults MSMP.

3.if using stranded setting like default rule for initiator, agent , and path.

4. first we need to activate event linkage for AC.

5. finally when we work with the generated rules give process id, rule type, rule kind, generate rule,

generate result work area.

6. All required function content will be generated.

7. Give all the rules at decision table.

8.Use these at MSMP.
