SAP easyDMS error "More than one public root folder found"

Hi all,

I am new to DMS, every time while connecting R/3 4.7 (DEV) by easyDMS getting the error "More than one public root folder found"
below is the snapshot

So how to fix this issue, Thanks in advance...

Further, I tried to connect with other R/3 SAP system (QAS), there its connecting fine.

Hi,

I think the best way to verify this would be to search for a document number "EDIPUBLICROOTFOLDER" in your backend system by using transaction CV04N for example.

If there is more then one document found you have to choose one of them which will be deleted

again. Because there can be only one public folder and so only one document with number "EDIPUBLICROOTFOLDER".
