RG1 is not showing entry in the respective column

Hi,

I have run & update the RG1 but there are some requirement & queries regarding the entries in different columns of RG1.

1.  RG1 is showing the Deemed Export entries in Removal from the factory under payment of Duties but as per client it should be in Without payment of duty column under Export under bond or in To other Factories or Warehouses under bond. How this can be done???

2.  Against export transactions, only quantity is appearing and there is no column of value of removal for export under bond.

3. Cancel invoice (reversal) quantity is added in column of quantity manufactured, which is not proper and the effect of same either be reduced from quantity column for quantity and value from value column of removal on payment of duty and other relevant type of removal i.e export under bond, other purpose etc, as applicable.

Hi Surender,

1.There is no separate column in RG1 register to show the entries of deemed exports. As it is sales in India only system shows under normal sales only. As it is not export with bond system will not show those entries in that column. We will do deemed exports with reference to CT1/CT2 licenses not with bond.

2. Check the table J2IRG1BAL, J1IRG1 tables what ever is in that table system formats the same on excel sheet for RG1 register.

3.For reversals the sytem adds the same as other manufactured quantity.

If the standard RG1 register is not supporting your requirement. Then with the help of abaper develop a ZRG1 report as per your requirement.
