j2ee server0 stopped with exitcode -2

Hi All,

Can anyone help me out in resolving this issue.

Whenever I am starting my instance, j2ee server0 is getting stopped with exitcode -2. And dispatcher remains yellow.

When I checked the log file from path usr\sap\SID\DVEBMGS01\work\std_server0.out, it shows below error

And when I check another log from path usr\sap\SID\DVEBMGS01\j2ee\cluster\server0\log\system\server.0.log, it shows below error

Resourcebundle= com.sap.engine.frame.KernelResourceBundle, ID = UME Initialization failed

I have already tried with below SAP Notes:

Issue still exists.

Any suggestions please.

You need to review your JVM configuartion

MaxDB database was 92% full. Adding the data volume resolved the issue. Now j2ee server is up and running.

I thing you can go thru the Sap Note

Note 1048824 - JLaunch may fail to start the Java VM during installation

  1658950  - J2EE System fails with "exitcode = -2"
