Quantity & Amount conversion issue

Hi Team,

Ran the program SSA_HELPER_PROGRAM with the option  TURNON_EXT_CURRENCY_FORMAT & Maintained entry

EXTERNAL_CURRENCIES = "X‟  in table  RSXAADMIN .

Quantity &  Amount is multiple by unknown number while loading data into inbound layer.

Eg : Flat file having Quantity 1 but it shows 1,000 in inbound layer

                                Amount  $20 but it shows 2,000.00 in inbound layer

Same issue is appearing for all transaction data.

What are your global settings for File Defaults and what is the source format for Quantity and and amounnts.

Hi Srinivas,

Please check the field format in the flat file and try to format cell before loading.

Hi NSR,

Check if any change in the delimiters, If any value you maintained in RSXAADMIN table and also see what has been maintained in UOM tabe in BW.
