what is the meaning of option "open or confirmed documents" in VLPODQ t-cod

Please let me know the functionality of option "Open or confirmed document" in VLPODQ t-code.

Hi,

Option ' OPEN OR CONFIRMED DOCUMENTS" means, once you execute the transaction with that option, you will get all the deliveries

1. which are relevant for POD and not yet processed for POD ( status of POD will be A)

2. Already POD confirmed deliveries with POD status C
