Error in upgrade phase MAIN_TRANSEXEC/STARTSAP_TRXPRA

We are working in a upgrade of EHP 5 to SP 10 of a ERP in 6.0 in the phase MAIN_TRANSEXEC/STARTSAP_TRXPRA with the text 'sapcontrol exited 2 System start Failed"  we find in the log file dev_ms "No respond for client C1"

Hi Jose,

Please check whether your SAP system is up and running. If not start it and retry the failed step.

we try to start "manually" but isn't working, the dev_ms log file show us:
