Cannot change price item in shopping cart

Hello, I have a problem with the price field in the shopping cart;

I create a shopping cart from the wizard, click on the option  “Describe what you need” and fill all the fields except the price,  then in the item details I cannot change the price.

Otherwise if I populate all the fields (or at least the price and the mandatory fields) then I can change the price in the item details.

In the first case if I assign a contract then I can change the item price.

Also in the first case if I assign a contract and later I delete this contract from the shopping cart then I can change the item price.

Any idea why is this happening? I cannot modify the item price and I don’t know why.

I’m in a classic scenario with srm 7.01 and ECC 6 EHP4.

Check if someone had done the configaration under IMG>SAP Supplier Relationship Management>SRM Server>Cross-Application Basic Settings>Extensions and Field Control (Personalization)>Configure Field Control>Configure Control for Fields on Item Level>Metadata for Fields on Item Level for object type BUS2121 for the field PRICE.
