translations when implementing support packages

Hello Gurus

I would like to introduce to te system some Russian reports(localised). They are belonging to SAP_APPL OSS notes, When implementing them Russian texts are missing.

Just checking when I would implement support packages, translations would  be done via

Trx

smlt

Language->special actions->Import support packages (only packages

with

red) and they should be on supplied trans folder in SAR format am I right? Or?

The Support packages should be supplied in the extracted PAT file format.
