Business Partner ID

Hi Experts,

I am configuring Charm on Solution manager 7.1.

I have defined Approval Determination procedure in my customizing.

I would like to know how populate the approver's partner ID in Partner field of approver area.

To my understanding we need to link the partner function and business partner to get this field populated.

I am attaching the screen shot for your reference.

Hi Kishore,

If you want to populate this automatically you transaction ( SMCR or ZMCR ) must have filled partner functions already.

For example you can make acess sequance in Partner deterimnation procedure from IBASE (IB52)

When You insert Ibase component first system will fill up Partner functions automatically.

Now choose or rechoose your approval procedure.

And it will be get filled automatically.

Main point is :

1st   populate partner functions of transaction first.

2nd  Approval Partner ID will fill automatically only if you choosed approval procedure after this partner functions filled in Transaction.

Something like this... If you want step by step screens just say.
